JACKSON; Alfred Alexander ~ It is with great sadness that the family is announcing the peaceful passing of Alex on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Peterborough Regional Health Care Center at the age of 86. Alex leaves behind his loving wife, of 61 years, Mary, his 4 children Brian (Gina), Larry (Cathy), Wendy (Stephen), Ron (Wendy) and his sister Dorothy Lequire (Joe). 8 grandchildren Stephanie (Ryan), Andrew (Meghan), Caitlyn (Craig), Dayna, Lucas, Daniel, Jacob and Zachary. 4 great-grandchildren  Olivia, Maria, Charlotte and Clark. Alex will be remembered by many nieces and nephews, family and friends. Alex was in the home construction business in his community for more than 40 years.

Service Information

A celebration of life will be held at Baxter Creek Golf Club, 1702 Cedar Valley Rd., Fraserville on Monday, September 17, 2018 from 2pm to 6pm. Donations may be made to St. Thomas Anglican Church or the Canadian Cancer Society. Online condolences may be made at www.fallis-shields.com
