Audrey Ilia Smith

SMITH;  Audrey Ilia (Nee Rowe) ~ Born in Port Hope, July 18, 1927.  Passed away peacefully on January 15, 2019 at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg at the age of 91.  Beloved wife of the late Walter John Smith.  Survived by step-son William Budd Smith and nephews and nieces of the late Rowe family.  Devoted sister of the late Ralph, Wallace, Ron and Mona Rowe and the late Cleo Dey (nee Rowe).  Audrey loved horses and farm life.  She always enjoyed car rides in the country.  Special thanks to the nurses in the Palliative Care Unit at Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg for their excellent care and kindness.

Service Information

A graveside service will be held at the Port Hope Union Cemetery in the spring. In memory of Audrey, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
