Passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Judy Dillon and fondly remembered by his shipmate Juergen “Tom” Thomas, Judy’s family and his loyal dog Jessie. Family and friends will be warmly welcomed at the home of Judy’s brother, Alan Dick, 221 Pirates Glen Dr., Trent Lakes on Saturday, November 10^th from 1 – 4 p.m.  We will be Ringing the Bell and toasting Bernd for a send off German Seaman Style at 2 p.m. and again at 4 p.m.  In memory of Bernd, a memorial donation can be made to the PRHC Foundation (memo line: Palliative Care Team) with special thanks to Doctor Jonathan Mallory.
