Doreen Hay-Taylor

Hay – Taylor;  Doreen (nee Mitchell) ~ Born in Warkworth, ON in 1923 and died peacefully at Streamway Villa, Cobourg on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at the age of 95.  Doreen Hay-Taylor was the beloved wife of the late Carl Hay (1984) and the late Gerald Taylor (2018).  Loving mother of Francis Hay (Deborah).  Loved grandmother of Jason Hay (Jenn) and Sheldon Hay (Kat) and great grandmother of Jagur, Isiah, and Jaxon Hay.  Sister of Marwood Mitchell and the late Ada, Hazel, Ruby, Delbert, Evelin, Ross and Clara.  Predeceased by her parents Jessie and Charlotte Mitchell (nee Brisbon).

Service Information

At Doreen's request there will be no visitation or service. In memory of Doreen, donations to a Charity of Your Choice would be appreciated by the family. Doreen's family wish to express their thanks to the staff and residents of the Victoria Retirement Residence for their kindness and care as well as the staff at Streamway Villa for their wonderful care.
