It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ed on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre in his 75th year. After just having celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, Ed is survived by his beloved wife Louise. Loving father of Patti (Charles) Baetsen and Catherine Bobee. Proud grandpa of Hypatia, Alex, Nyssa, Teddy, Isabelle and a new grandson on the way. Dear brother of Garry (Sue) and Ernie (Marilyn) and brother-in-law of Susan (the late Ron) Frizzell. Ed will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. 




Service Information

Visitation will be held at the Fallis & Shields Funeral Home, 35 King St. W., Millbrook on Tuesday, July 31st from 6 - 9 p.m. with prayers at 8:45 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held the following day at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, 28 King St. W., Millbrook on Wednesday, August 1st at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. The family will receive friends at the reception in the church hall following the Mass. In lieu of flowers, a donation to St. Thomas More R.C.C. (Millbrook), Canadian Cancer Society or a Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Online donations and condolences may be made at www.fallis-shields.com
