It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gail Alice Kellar. Gail passed away surrounded by her loving family, on January 3rd, 2025, at PRHC in her 83rd year. Gail was predeceased by her loving husband William, beloved mother, Irene Donnelly, and her siblings, Frank and Eddie Roberts. She is survived by her sister, Linda Lucas, her devoted sons, William (Bill) and Frank, her grandchildren, Bill, Patrick, and David and great grandson Aiden.
