Gwendolyn Jean Moore

MOORE; Gwendolyn Jean ~ Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on December 20, 2018 at the age of 71.  Beloved wife of the late Wayne for 48 years.  Loving mother of Guy (Neva) and Karen (Jim).  Proud Grandma of Jordan, Carson, and Sydny.  Sister of Dan Stickle and Vickie Curran (Frank).  Sister-in-law of of Ray (Tina), the late Maxine Macklin, and Tim (Marg).   Gwen will also be remembered by her nieces and nephews: Jacquie, Sarah, Shane, Shelley, Chantelle, Tanya, Chris, Meagan, Jessie, Tony, Melinda and her great-nieces & great-nephews.  A special thank you to the NHH Staff in Emergency and Palliative Care; and our friends and family for all of your support. 

Service Information

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #580 Grafton, 10240 Highway 2, Cobourg on Sunday, January 6th from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
