PAYNE; James Carl ~ It's with great sadness we announce the passing of James at the Northumberland Hills Hospital on Tuesday, August 22nd, 2017 in his 68th year. Predeceased by parents Malcolme D. & Lillian C. Payne of Halifax. Survived by his wife Judy Neff; devoted and proud father of Holly (Scott), Heidi (Paul), Christian and Blake; dear brother of Carolyn LeBlanc (John) of Halifax, NS and Ronald Payne (Diane) of Delbourn, AB; grandfather of Eric, Ella, Elijah, Abigail, McKenna, Gabriel; also missed by nieces and nephews.
