Passed away peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Sunday, September 24th, 2023 in her 63rd year. Beloved wife of Gordon Harper. Loving mother of Nicholas. Predeceased by her parents John and Betty Hilliard and her siblings Robert Hilliard and Anne Mikus (Shane). Fondly remembered by her sister in law Ruth Polley (Francis), her nephew Justin Polley and her niece Susan Mikus (Patrick Quinlan). As per Janice's wishes, cremation has taken place.
