Jeannine Mary Alean Palmateer

Our beautiful Angel, Jeannine Mary Alean Palmateer has gained her wings. 

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother/Grammy/Great-Grammy/Sister/Aunt/Friend, who left us peacefully on Thurs., Feb. 13, 2025. Born on October 17, 1939 in Hamilton, On, Jeannine was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was known for her warmth, fierce love, and big heart, and she touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Her love for her family and unwavering support will never be forgotten. She was preceded by her husband Paul Beverly Hayden Palmateer, and her parents Nora and Frank Dainard. Her loving children Rick (Elaine) & Vickie (Frank), her cherished grandchildren Kayla, Rikki (Tim), Kelly (Grace), Steven (Kaitlyn), Samantha (Bryn) and her great grandchildren Jackson, Brooks, Spencer, Banks & Poppy. Jeannine is survived by her dear sisters, Violet, Rosalie (Pete) & Laurie Ann (Ed). Her loving furry friends - RipTide, Rex, Cooper, Iris, Fern, Rylie, Dallas and Libby. Thank you for loving us each so fiercely, always being there and being a pillar of our foundation as a family; always sturdy, always resilient and always supportive.  We will miss you more than you know. Continue to watch over us as you always have and say hi to Dad/Grandpa Paul, Jeanette, Gord, John, Marie, George, Cathy, Larry, and your furry friends - Mctavisha, Tia, Easton, Sam, Peppy, Tatoo, Speedy, Chico
