It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Kenneth Robert Lawson, who died peacefully at home on Monday, May 26th, 2025, at the age of 76. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Kenneth lived a life full of love, family, and cherished memories.

Ken was the beloved husband of Randi Holmes. Ken was predeceased by his children Nicole Lawson (Brent Gleibs) and Dennis Lawson. A devoted stepfather to Ryan Wilkin and Brad Wilkin. He was also a proud father-in-law to Lea Brenna and a loving grandfather to Jennifer Watson, Connor Brenna-Lawson, and Jorja Brenna-Lawson. He was the cherished brother of Brenda Lancaster (the late Jim), and is now reunited with his parents Lloyd and Dorothy Lawson, as well as his siblings Heather Ellison (Dave) and Stephen Lawson (Katherine). Ken’s warm spirit, kindness, and quiet strength were felt by all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of love and resilience that will be forever cherished by his family and friends.

A Memorial Visitation will take place at HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough, on Monday, June 2nd, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
