Kenneth "Kenny" C. Thackeray

THACKERAY;  Kenneth Clarence ~ Born June 17, 1980, entered into the hands of our Lord on Saturday, April 20, 2019 in Belleville, Ontario.  It is with broken hearts that we share the passing of our cherished Kenny. To Kelly Butcher, Kenny was the light of her life.  Precious Daddy to Brielle and James.  Cherished  son of Lynn and Bette Marie Thackeray (nee Minifie).  Brother to Lori Thackeray-Jordan, Brother-in-law and friend to Shawn Jordan, Brother to Cindy Page, Brother-in-law and friend to Bradley Winsor and Brother-in-law and friend to Steve (Amanda) Butcher.  Treasured Uncle to Avery Page, Ella Thackeray, Ayla, Adalyn and Audrey Butcher.  Adored Son-in-law to Tim and Sue Butcher.  Dearly missed by many Uncles, Aunts and Cousins.  If only we all could love like this fine man …. and fire off one liners like only Kenny did.  A man who took care of his family, friends and many co-workers, who then became friends.

Service Information

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 27th at St. Paul's United Church, 3414 Burnham Street North, Cold Springs at 11 a.m. followed by a private family interment at the Pioneer Cemetery, Cold Springs. Friends are welcome to join in a celebration of Kenny's life following the service at the Cold Springs Memorial Hall, 3844 Burnham Street North, Cold Springs from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. In memory of Kenny, donations to the Belleville Firefighter's Toy Drive would be appreciated by the family.
