Leann Mary (Curran) Horner

Leann Mary Horner 54, passed away on February 19, 2025, in Peterborough, Ontario. Born on July 14, 1970, in Peterborough, Leann spent her life creating a warm and welcoming home for her family and friends. A devoted wife to Andrew for 34 years and a loving mother to Rachel (Joe), James (Necole) and Emily. She was also a cherished Mimi to Holden and Sadie and loved by her mother Linda. Her kindness and generosity touched the lives of many, making everyone who entered her home feel like family. 

Leann was an incredibly strong woman who bravely battled breast cancer for nine years with unwavering resilience. Despite the challenges she faced, she remained a source of love and support for those around her. She found joy in the simple moments—especially sitting on her front porch with her family, sharing laughter and love. 

Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. May her strength and kindness continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have been part of her life.
