DAVEY, Linda Audrey (nee Smith)  

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Linda Davey in her 67th year at Ed’s House Northumberland Hospice Care Center on February 26th, 2025. Linda passed away peacefully surrounded by her family after a brief battle with cancer. Lovingly remembered by her devoted husband Lucas. Daughter of the late Glen (Shine) and Ilene Smith. Predeceased by her daughter Christina who she missed dearly.  Loving mother to Trish (Bill Roberts). Cherished by her grandchildren Katelyn (Eric Vanderwouden), Kyle, Miranda, Hailey, great granddaughter Kenna.  Treasured sister to Barbara (late John), brothers Wayne (Belinda) and the late Gary and Paul. Dear brother-in-law Roger(Linda).  Linda will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Linda was incredibly kind and selfless women who was known for looking after everyone with her kind heart. She was always surrounded by family and friends with a smile that lit up the room. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ed’s House or to a charity of your choice.  A Celebration of Life will be held at the Port Hope Lions Club, 29 Thomas St., Port Hope on Saturday March 8th, 2025 from 2:00 P.M to 5:00 P.M.
