BEYETTE, Master Corporal Lucy Emily (April 18, 1958 - May 25, 2022)
Passed away peacefully on May 25th, 2022 in her 64th year. Lucy was the beloved daughter of predeceased Mary Anne Beyette (nee Perrow) and the late John Beyette. Remembered by siblings John Beyette, Tom Beyette, Lucien Beyette, twin sister Mary Ellen Kettle, Paul Beyette and predeceased by brothers Joseph and Ernie Beyette. Lucy was a loved member of the Canadian Armed Forces, being one of the first females in the Male Trade. In her time in the military, Lucy wrote the manual on refueling planes and jets. Along with this, Lucy won many awards and was noticed several times for her contributions to the Canadian Armed Forces. Lucy fearlessly joined the military in 1978 and retired in 2003 after 24 years of devoted service. As per Lucy’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
