Margaret M. M. Wood

WOOD; Margaret Martha Maria (nee Wright) ~ Margaret Wood of Millbrook passed away peacefully in her 94^th year at Hospice Peterborough, on Monday, April 29, 2019.  Daughter of the late Lockhart and Lulu Wright of Omemee.  Beloved wife of the late Melville (2003).  Loving mother of Judith Walker (Jim), John, Glenn (Michelle) and the late Paul (2005).  Dearest grandma of 8 and great grandmother of 10.  Dear sister of the late Alberta Fisher.

Service Information

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 11th at the St. Thomas Anglican Church, 16 Centre St., Millbrook from 2:30 pm until the time of the Memorial Service at 3:30 pm. A reception will follow the service. A private family interment to follow at St. John's Anglican Cemetery, Ida. Margaret's family would like to express special thanks to the staff of the Peterborough Hospice and Dr. Beamish as well as the Palliative Care Team at PRHC. In memory of Margaret, donations to the Peterborough Hospice or PRHC Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
