PENNEY; Melvin John ~ Passed away on July 8, 2017.  Beloved husband of Jean for over 50 years. Loving father of Charlene; stepfather of Paul (Marina), Ronald (Marion), Donna (Jack), Darryl (Karen), Elaine (Gary) and Sandra (Scott). Proud grandfather and great-grandfather. Brother of the late Norma, Gordon (Huldah) and Henry (Shirley). Also missed by nieces and nephews. Thank you to the Nurses from St. Elizabeth Health Care and the Staff & Angela Resetor from CCAC for their care of Melvin.
