Murray Alvin Reid

July 12, 1932 – August 23, 2017

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Murray Alvin Reid, husband of Bonnie Reid, father of Dan (Karen) and Brent and grandfather of Alexandra and Isabella. Born in Hamilton, Ontario, Murray called many towns “home,” working in sales and management in the food industry in Toronto, Barrie, Elora and Port Hope, Ontario. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, October 7th at the Fallis & Shields Funeral Home, 35 King Street West, Millbrook at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to do so are invited to make a donation in Murray’s name to a Charity of their choice. Many thanks to family, friends, neighbours and medical staff at the Northumberland Hills Hospital who, through their kind words and gestures, let us know on a daily basis that we were not alone.
