Passed away peacefully at St. Michael's Hospital, Toronto Ontario at the age of 57. 

Survived by is dearly beloved wife of 24 years Melissa (Potter) Wilson.  Loving dad of Benjamin and Jacob.  He will be deeply missed by his brothers Russell (Jennifer), Scott (Jocelyn) and sister Melanie. Will be fondly remembered by his in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A thank you to all the doctors and nurses at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Peterborough Regional Health Center and St. Michael's Hospital for their exceptional care, especially a very special thank you to Dr. Latter.

As per Phillip's wishes Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place on May 27, 2023 from 1-5 pm at Canton Community Hall,  5325 County Rd 10, Port Hope, Ont.

Donations in Phillip's memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.

Phillip had a love of the Rolling Stones, his favourite rock and roll band.  Phillip loved most of their songs but one song was his favourite. So to quote his favourite Rolling Stones song:
