Robert Wilson Goody

GOODY; Robert Wilson ~ December 19, 1933 – January 28, 2019 ~  Long-time resident of the Cobourg area Robert (Bob) Goody, died peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg at the age of 85.  Bob was the son of Wilfred James Goody of Cobourg and Lydia Martha Goody (nee Sibbald) of Hamilton.  Bob was a loving husband to Jane Goody (nee Reymes), dear father of Lydia Stronghill of London, Eric Goody of Cobourg and a cherished Poppa to Jordan Goody and Lance Stronghill.  Predeceased by siblings, Tom, Edith Scott, Ilene Cherry, Fred, Joe, Don, Harold, Ted and Jane Searfoss.  Dear brother-in-law of Louise Goody, Barb Goody, Peg Goody, Bev Goody, Virginia Reymes, John Reymes (Teresa) and Robert Reymes.  We would like to express our sincere thanks to the excellent care given by the Saint Elizabeth’s Home Care, the Palliative Care Unit at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Dr. Xi and frequent visits by family and friends.

Service Information

Bob will be cremated and celebrated his life while he was living as he wished.
