Theodore Adam Jewel Cachia

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Theodore (Ted) Adam Jewel Cachia, who died at the age of 84 after a courageous battle with cancer. His devoted wife of 34 years, Germaine, was by his side.

Theodore will be remembered for his quiet strength, warmth, and deep love for his family. He and Germaine shared a strong and enduring bond filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support for one another.

He will be deeply missed by his children, Teddy and Bradley, and his grandchildren, Shayla and Sierra. He is also lovingly remembered by his stepchildren - Diane, Claude, Mike, John, Joanne, and Leanne - as well as his 10 beloved grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, who brought him immense pride and joy throughout his life.

He will be remembered always with love and gratitude by all who knew him.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Ed’s House Northumberland Hospice in Cobourg for their compassion and care.

In keeping with Ted’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral service or visitation. A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
