BARTAK; Otakar (Ota) ~ Passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, July 1, 2017. Ota was the beloved husband and best friend of Ann. He was the proud father to Vlasta (Radek), Maureen (Mike) and Chris (Alyssa) and grandfather to Lucy, Tina, Riley, Autumn, Kiera and Brooklyn. Survived by his brother Dennis (Shirley) and sister Lida. Ota will be missed by his family and friends. A special thank you to Dr. Loeb, Wilf & Theresa, Para Med, and the CCAC caregivers for their care and allowing Ota to stay at home. Cremation has taken place.
